*Double occupancy: Rental rates above quoted are based on two adults. Extra guests add $100 per week. Maximum is 6 residents. Extra guests must be included at the time of arranging your rental.

Reservations: A mailed deposit cheque is taken on reservations. A returnable security deposit is included at the time of rental arrangement. Our oceanfront condo is "No smoking" and "No pets". Guests can smoke outside on the furnished covered sundeck off the living room where the view is stunning. Rentals can be insured to cover the 60 day non-cancellation pre-arrival policy.

Cleaning arrangements: Residents agree to leave the condo in the condition they find it on arrival; however, laundry and normal cleaning to return the unit to its original state is included in the rental rates. A charge is taken from the deposit if the condo is left in a very dirty condition.

Taxes: Any taxes payable on rentals of my private condo are included in the rental rate and will be paid by me.

What is included? Price includes hydro, per month, cable TV with DVD VCR, High Speed Internet, local telephone, parking and use of all facilities. Long distance telephone is possible with calling card only.
