Condo 312/212 is the end unit, upper right side, facing in this photo, closest to the ocean. This most private corner faces East. It is at the opposite end from the very popular, deluxe 48 foot heated oceanfront swimming pool that is open from May to October each year. The oceanfront hot tub is open year round, as is the tennis court. The dock is towed to a protected bay and stored for Winter between November and April. In early Spring during the herring run, the bay is teeming with herring, salmon, seals, sea lions, eagles, orca and thousands of birds. It is truly a sight to behold and it lasts for about two to three weeks.
