Our 1295 sq ft luxury oceanfront condo is located in a private resort in the countryside at Yellow Point, Vancouver Island. It overlooks a group of the Gulf Islands, including Gabriola, De Courcy Group, Pylades, Valdez, and Thetis. It is within kayaking distance of Pirates Cove Marine Park across Stuart Channel.
This condo is fully equipped, has a large furnished oceanfront deck and panoramic oceanfront views. It is 50 feet from the ocean's edge at high tide. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 2 upper levels, in the most private North corner of the waterfront building.
Our beautiful resort is located on 3.5 acres of secluded forested waterfront, facing the sheltered waters of Stuart Channel. There is a tennis court, a 48 foot heated oceanfront pool, a hot tub, private beach front with fire pit and a 100 foot seasonal deep water dock. It is a rare property situated in one of Vancouver Island's most pristine protected east coast settings.
This is a special place for peaceful relaxation and important time to enjoy with family and friends. During periods we are not there, guests can reserve time to spend in our beautiful oceanfront home away from home, for a West Coast living experience you will not forget.
